Anoka-Hennepin Schools is excited to welcome your student and family. Contact our enrollment options team if you are interested in enrolling. Your family may also visit either the school you are interested in or visit the Anoka-Hennepin Schools Education Service Center.
A brief orientation is given to families so they may gain a basic understanding of Anoka-Hennepin schools. Even if these families are transferring from a local school, policies and procedures do differ.

The Family Welcome Center supports families that need translation assistance with the enrollment process.
The Family Welcome Center reviews and/or completes the following with families:
- New student assessment score sheet
- New student information form
- Free or reduced school meals application
- Request for information (from former school, if applicable)
- Transportation request form
- Map of the district with specific school contact information highlighted
- School calendar
- Photo and name restriction letter
- EL/high school credit requirements

Before your appointment:
- Make sure you bring original documents (no photos or scans).
- Children do not need to attend.
- Language interpreters available — just let us know!
